Hello, my name is Martin Pietras, I’m a senior graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s 3D Digital Design program. I am currently working on finishing my senior thesis, a stereoscopic 360 experience, that illustrates nature’s resilience and the human condition. A majority of my work features aspects of nature. I can attribute this to the time I spent as a child hiking and adventuring.
I aim to be an Environment and Texture artist, specifically high poly to low poly modeling, level design, lighting, texturing and shader creation.
I am always looking for a challenge, growing in my specialties and expanding into other areas of game and art design.
My enthusiasm towards the 3D design industry is driven by influences such as, Hayao Miyazaki, Naughty Dog Studios, Bethesda Softworks, Square Enix, Nietzsche, Sarte , and Socrates.
